Auction Terms & Conditions
All items are as is where is, no gaurantees or warranties implied or otherwise.

There is a 10% buyers premium, and sale tax will be added unless given a Tax Exempt form.
Once the auction is over, we will calculate shipping and send you an invoice. Please check your junk or spam mail section just incase your invoices is sent there.

Shipping/pick-up
Buyer will pay shipping costs. We will combine items when possible for shipping. Unless other wise requested the US Postal Service is our standard shipping service. We only ship with in the United States. Items will not be shipped until paid for.
Some items are too big to ship and are marked “local pick up only”. Please only bid on those items if you are able to come and get them or arrange for a pick up. All other items can be shipped.

Payment
We accept paypal, mastercard, visa, discover. We do not accept american express or checks. If you are local we do accept cash. We do not Keep your card information on file.

Items are expected to be paid for on or before the Thursday following the close of auction. We will make atempts to collect payment, if no payment is recieved after attempts are made and no contact, the sale will be canceled. Items that have been paid for but not picked up, will be held for no more than 30 days. After 30 days of no pick up or notification by the buyer of a pick up plan, items will be resold at another auction with no refund given. I normally do not have the space to keep your items after you have paid for them.
